Justin Soderberg moved back to Bangor, Maine in 2016. Bangor is where he spent ages 10-20 and now will likely call it home for the rest of his life. This being said, it was about time we got longtime friend and Bangor City Councilor Ben Sprague on the podcast!

Ben was born and raised in Bangor and graduated from Bangor High School in 2002. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from Harvard University in 2006, Ben worked for the Boston Red Sox for three years and also taught high school diploma, career development, and computer classes.

The Bangor native is serving his final term as a Bangor City Councilor, where he has served since 2011.  Sprague along with his wife Malorie are member of the All Souls Congregational Church and help lead the Youth Group.

In addition to his City of Bangor work, Sprague is a Vice President and Business Relationship Officer at the First National Bank in Bangor. He has been instrumental on helping Orono Brewing Company expand over the past few years.

Sprague also hosts his own podcast entitled The Maine Show and is available on Apple Podcasts and via his website. His podcast is currently on hiatus, but Ben plans to bring it back!
